Audi 2.7L Bi-turbo Engines (Requires 2x BOV's per car for the 2.7L motors)
This is designed specifically for all the Volkswagen / Audi 1.8T and the 2.7L engines. Made out of aircraft super strong and light weight Aluminum 6061. This is available in Machined SILVER or Anodized BLACK (BLACK is in our other ebay listing). The piston internal is made out of Copper/ Zinc Plated.
Precise Adjustment of the Splitter Hybrid Valve is done by turning the ratchet type cap adjustment knob located on the top of the valve. Turning the knob clockwise will stiffen the spring for higher levels of boost retention, while turning the knob counter-clockwise will loosen the spring tension for lower levels of boost retention.
The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation all at the same time and has been specifically designed for the many turbo engined applications that operate metered airflow management systems.
This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system.
As a bonus it offers the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required.
The Hyrbid Valve is capable of 3 different setups, which are:
1.) Hybrid: Atmospheric AND Re -circulating Operation
2.) 100% Re-Circulating Mode
3.) 100% Atmospheric Mode

Our aluminum bypass valve is a direct replacement for the plastic valve typically found on factory turbo cars from Saab, Audi, Porsche, and VW, Mitsubishi.
This valve is designed to hold more boost without leakage and also looks much better than the factory valve. It also has a higher flow rate to better protect the turbo from surge situations.
The kit comes with additional springs and a shim to adjust the opening pressure, clamps, and vacuum hose.
Yellow spring - 15-23 PSI
Blue spring - 23-30 PSI
Red spring- 30 + PSI
These are also great for custom turbo builds that require a recirculated bypass system, or you can use this as a blow-off valve!

Samco Silicone Hose T Pieces are made to the highest standards and are available in a range of colours and sizes from 38mm to 76mm. They have been designed to allow easy fitment of dump valves into turbo pipework systems, but can also be used for any other types of air or water pipework where a 25mm ID take-off is required. They are not suitable for any sort of oil or fuel use - see Samco Fuel And Oil Resistant Hoses.
All Samco Silicone T-Pieces are 102mm long and wall size varies depending on the internal diameter of hose supplied. Take-off spout is 25mm ID, 25mm long.

Maximum hose temperature 180 degrees C (356 F).

Standard stocked colour is Samco Blue.
